Preparation for Boiler Installation

These stickers, containing all the boiler parameters and its serial number, are placed both on the box and on the boiler’s body. It is important to keep the sticker on the boiler for the entire period of its operation. This sticker contains two QR codes: one with the boiler’s serial number and the other with a link to download the app to your smartphone. This information is necessary for connecting the app and registering the boiler in the TEKNIX warranty database.

Next, check the correct completion of the warranty certificate. The main fields for completion are marked in red (see video). Make sure it includes: the seller’s company, the date of sale, and the boiler’s serial number.

The boiler box set includes:

• TEKNIX electric boiler
• User manual, which contains the warranty certificate
• Mounting plate – Anchors for mounting
• Temperature control sensor for the indirect heating boiler (located inside the boiler) 
• Room temperature sensor (located inside the boiler)

• The boiler may be equipped with either a DAB (Italy) or WILO (Germany) circulation pump. 
• Before installing the boiler, make sure it is in a room with room temperature for at least one hour. This is necessary for the equipment to adapt to the room’s temperature conditions and to prevent moisture formation on the electrical parts during cold weather.
