Connecting the Fugas Hydraulic Kit
TEKNIX electric boiler is a single-circuit boiler. However, by installing the additional Fugas coolant flow distributor and an indirect storage water heater, the boiler can be used as a dual-circuit boiler – heating circuit and hot water supply. The algorithm for controlling such a switch is automatically provided in the boiler’s operation program.

Safety Measures
To perform work on connecting the Fugas kit, access to the internal part of the device will be required. We remind you to observe electrical safety rules:
1. Before starting work, it is necessary to disconnect the boiler from the power supply and drain the water from the boiler.
2. To access the boiler’s electrical terminal block when connecting the electrical part, the front panel must be removed. We emphasize the importance of avoiding cable disconnection: for this, it is necessary to disconnect the control display and the grounding cable attached to the front panel of the boiler. -
Hydraulic Connection of Aqua-Kit Fugas
The Fugas kit includes two flow distributors:
- The electronically controlled flow distributor — servomotor — is installed on the heating system supply (at the boiler outlet, left pipe).
- The flow distributor without a servomotor is usually installed on the heating system return (at the boiler inlet, right pipe).
- Flow distributors are usually installed directly on the boiler pipes, after which shut-off valves are installed.

Electrical Connection of Aqua-Kit Fugas Servomotor
The boiler’s electrical terminal block has contacts for connecting the servomotor: S-A, S-B, and N. Note that the cores of the three-core cable of the servomotor may have colors different from those specified in the boiler’s operating manual.

Electrical Connection Options
Let’s consider two options for electrical connection:
Option 1: Core colors – red, white, black
- Black core: connect to N (neutral).
- Red core: connect to terminal S-B.
- White core: connect to terminal S-A.
- The red and white cores can be swapped depending on the connection of pipes to the flow distributor.
Option 2: Core colors – brown, blue, black
- Blue core: connect to N (neutral).
- Brown core: connect to terminal S-B.
- Black core: connect to terminal S-A.
- The brown and black cores can be swapped depending on the connection of pipes to the flow distributor.

Installation and Use of the Temperature Sensor
- The boiler regulates the water temperature in the storage tank using the built-in temperature sensor.
- Attention! It is necessary to use only the sensor supplied with the boiler, despite the fact that Fugas also provides a temperature sensor. This is due to the differences in the technical characteristics of these sensors.

Boiler Operation Priority
The boiler operation priority is always set to hot water supply (HWS) mode.
